Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance on job posting in LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and Facebook
  • Source possible candidates for a specific job
  • Screen candidates to be recommended for the position
  • Encode of applicants detail on database
  • Learn about the various job openings including Non IT and IT roles
  • Assist the team in other administrative tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferably looking for an academic internship
  • Willing to render at least 500 hours internship hours
  • Currently taking up an HR-related degree (Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource
  • Management, Business Management, or any related degrees)
  • Has a good track record of personal, academic, and extracurricular achievements
  • Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Should be proactive, resourceful, and detailed-oriented
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
