Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to oversee and manage our companys financial health and reporting. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of financial planning, and the ability to guide decision-making with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financing needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations and month-end close.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business planning and cost management.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems, tools, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
