Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Multi-Books Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of NetSuites Multi-Book Accounting functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting, compliance requirements, and experience with managing multiple accounting books within NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure NetSuite Multi-Book Accounting to support parallel financial reporting (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, Tax, Local Statutory).
 - Design solutions that align with corporate accounting policies and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
 - Collaborate with finance, tax, and audit teams to define reporting requirements.
 - Perform gap analysis and process re-engineering to incorporate multi-book capabilities.
 - Map and automate transactions across primary and secondary books.
 - Configure book-specific settings, including chart of accounts, currencies, accounting periods, and tax rules.
 - Create book-specific financial reports, dashboards, and saved searches.
 - Support data migration, user training, testing, and go-live activities.
 - Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements to the Multi-Books setup.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
 - 3-5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP, with specific hands-on experience in Multi-Book Accounting.
 - Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS, local statutory requirements).
 - Familiarity with global consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency transactions.
 - Experience with NetSuite OneWorld is a plus.
 - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 - Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, tax, and IT teams.
 
Preferred Skills:
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation Certification.
 - Experience in a multinational organization or consultancy.
 - Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, VAT, GST).
 - Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and advanced reporting tools.
