Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Lead with expertise in Manufacturing or Product modules to join our team. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects related to these modules, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of projects related to Manufacturing or Product modules, from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations.

Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.

Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.

Mentor and coach team members to ensure continuous improvement and development.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Manufacturing or Product modules, and apply them to project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Manufacturing or Product modules.

Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
