About the Role:
We are seeking experienced NetSuite Functional Consultants to join our growing remote team. You will work directly with consulting firms and end clients across diverse industries particularly in media, manufacturing, and inventory-intensive sectors. This role demands both technical NetSuite expertise and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with international clients, especially in the U.S.
Ideal candidates are those who can take full ownership of their workstreams, bring structure to projects, and ensure smooth collaboration in cross-cultural environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support full-cycle NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and optimizations
- Act as the primary functional expert on modules such as Advanced Inventory, Warehouse Management, and SuiteProjects
- Translate business requirements into tailored NetSuite solutions
- Collaborate with internal and client-side teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Confidently manage client expectations and communicate limitations or trade-offs when needed
- Support process documentation, configuration, and UAT coordination
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and reliability in a remote work setting
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Proven success in at least 2 full-cycle NetSuite implementations
- Deep functional expertise in modules such as: (Advanced Inventory, Warehouse Management, SuiteProjects, Media billing frameworks (a plus)
- Strong communication skills, particularly in working with U.S.-based clients
- Ability to navigate cultural differences, clearly articulate requirements, and push back when needed
- Professional maturity and understanding of project delivery best practices
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience working with NetSuite partners or directly at NetSuite
- Familiarity with media, manufacturing, or service industries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
