IT Recruiter (Philippines-based)
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and work closely with candidates from Australia and New Zealand. From writing compelling job ads to coordinating interviews and assessments, you'll play a critical role in ensuring we present only the most qualified talent to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Job Ads & Listings
- Write clear, engaging, and industry-relevant job advertisements for IT roles.
- Post vacancies across platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards.
Applicant Management
- Screen and shortlist applications from Australian and New Zealand candidates.
- Conduct proactive talent searches using Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Review candidate video profiles (Vidcruiter) and attach them to shortlisted applicants.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and manage interviews with shortlisted AU/NZ candidates.
- Coordinate internal interviews with Sheryl prior to client (reseller/vendor) introductions.
Assessment & Administration
- Deploy AssessHR pre-employment assessments to qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all candidate activity is tracked in the ATS.
Skills & Experience
- Proven recruitment experience (IT/Technology sector strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience hiring Australian and New Zealand candidates, particularly for MSP roles such as L1/L2 Network Engineers, Service Desk Analysts, and related IT support functions.
- Strong ability to write and edit job advertisements.
- Proficiency with Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with video interviewing tools (e.g., Vidcruiter) is an advantage.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients confidently.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
