Netsuite Functional Consultant (EMEA Shift)

Were looking for a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, youll play a key part in supporting clients by understanding their requirements and helping deliver effective solutions within the NetSuite platform. Youll use your product knowledge and process understanding to troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Working as part of the Managed Services team, youll assist in implementing solutions, performing checks, and providing guidance to clients on best practices. Youll contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships

Primary Responsibilities

• Own managed service tickets and optimisation tasks through to completion.

• Configure NetSuite functionality based on defined requirements.

• Perform list and transactional data uploads into client accounts.

• Assist with client walkthroughs and training sessions.

• Keep solution documentation accurate and up to date.

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver functional configuration.

• Escalate complex issues or change requests to senior consultants.

• Stay informed on NetSuite updates and best practices.

• Manage multiple tasks effectively and meet SLAs.

Project Support

• Provide progress updates to project leads.

• Maintain task status in project management tools.

• Work with technical teams and senior consultants to resolve issues.

• Follow delivery principles and seek guidance when needed.

General Responsibilities

• Submit accurate timesheets.

• Support client experience initiatives.

• Continue training to develop NetSuite knowledge.

• Use MacroFin tools and processes effectively
