NetSuite Functional Consultant (Implementation & Support Specialist)

Summary:

Functional NetSuite who will be working on implementing and supporting our Microsoft-based productivity apps which run on NetSuite and provide integrated services related to email, calendar and document storage.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Semi-technical: Ideally 3+ years of NetSuite experience, 1+ years of JavaScript / SuiteScript
• Familiar and comfortable in working with integrated apps (keys, tokens, authorization)
• Particularly skilled with NetSuite formulas and saved searches
• English proficiency and comfortable with direct customer interactions during implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with setups of our business productivity apps which run on NetSuite
• Installing and configuring integrated apps which sync data between platforms (files, emails, events)
• Debug Microsoft permissions, authentication and security issues when installing applications.
• Help to guide customer on how to best use the software to fit their business processes
• Light customization of JavaScript / SuiteScript based filters for Mail and Calendar sync apps
• Configure filters and reports via Saved searches
• Help perform basic testing on customer sandbox before handing over to customer to test fully
• Assist with migration of bundle configs to production after setups.
• Respond to support tickets for live customers directly through support system
• Interface with development team for any customer tickets which need escalation
