You will be advising on the formation and structuring of closed-ended funds, investment platforms and single-asset vehicles and more. In addition, you will also work on investment management and fund governance matters across the Middle East.

This partner also has a market leading corporate practice and you will also be involved in some complex cross-border M&A, JV, PE and VC matters.
