About the job CSR

Scope of work 

  • Supervision: Oversee contractor activities during each subsea Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance (IRM) operation on the offshore working vessel.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to COMPANY requirements throughout the IRM campaign.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare relevant project documents and submit them for authority approval before operations commence.
  • SSHE Compliance: Ensure compliance with Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) standards during operations.
  • Inspection Quality: Ensure the quality of inspections while maintaining cost efficiency and schedule control.
  • Meetings: Conduct meetings with the offshore team, office team, and the contractor (kick-off, routine, closeout).
  • Campaign Success: Strive for the successful completion of the subsea IRM campaign, meeting COMPANY standards and objectives.

Professional Knowledge and Experience 

  • Over 8 years of offshore experience in subsea inspection and construction, encompassing sea lines, cables, umbilicals, flow lines, and structures.
  • More than 5 years in offshore management roles aboard vessels or barges.
  • Extensive involvement spanning over 5 years in engineering, procedures development, planning, mobilization, and execution of offshore operations.
  • A track record of over 3 years serving as a Company representative, with at least 2 years dedicated to Subsea Jacket and Pipeline inspection projects conducted by Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs).
