Campaign Coordinator

POSITION : CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR

NUMBER OF POSITION: 1

DURATION: 3.5 MONTHS

LOCATION: YANGON, MYANMAR

STATUS: OFFICE BASE

START DATE: 31st MAY 2025

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas exploration and production equipment.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.
• Sense of initiative and of communication.
• Good command of English.
• Familiar with SAP system.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate with TADM for verifying nonstock items and future usage in operation.
• Register in FaFE for storage approval.
• Proper storage location for the items.
• Recommend storage packing for the items.
• Set up maintenance plan for stored items.
• Accountable for Physical Check and entry into the system liaise with Warehouse Officers for all Non-Stock Items (Excel + NSTK in SALSA)
• Record and populate data of all non-stock items in the system.
• Coordinate with TADM, and site concerned persons and stock team for reviewing, confirming, registering, data population for future usage of non-stock material which are fit for the operations.
• Have an Assistance from Supply Base Warehouse team for material checking, box opening, movement of boxes, and so forth,
• conduct and complete the data population in the system for all non-stock items by mid of September 2025 and issue final report subsequently.
• Number of non-stock items estimate: ~1000-1500 items (by visual check)
• Support for Supply Base warehouse operations.
• Responsible all trades representative as FaFE Roll Out Liaison Officer on behalf of Supply Base Warehouse Officer to MEC, ELE, INS, IC, PROD, EC, SSHE, LOG, CP, DRILLING & Projects.
• Daily Progress reporting of the project estimated duration of 3 Months.
• Communication with IT Team, CP/STK and LOG for Socialization and User Training to all TADMs.
• Repackaging arrangement request together with Warehouse Team
• Project Hand over to Supply Base Warehouse officer after all entry done in the System at the completion of the campaign. 

Safety, Security, Health and Environment, and Compliance:

Ensure safe storage of nonstock items in respective area. Registered in FaFE system.
