POSITION : RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

LOCATION : YANGON, MYANMAR

REPORTING : OPERATIONS MANAGER

STATUS : FULL TIME

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions across departments.
  
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  
  
• Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms and networks.
  
  
• Proactively source candidates through online channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases.
  
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  
  
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and collect feedback.
  
  
• Manage and track candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
  
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvement.
  
  
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS



• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
  
• 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency); global or cross-cultural recruitment experience is a plus.
  
  
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment metrics.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  
  
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
