About the job People Experience & OD Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultural Onboarding: Deliver a 3-stage onboarding experience (Day 1, 

    Week 1, and Day 30) ensuring every new joiner feels the Aumet spirit.
  • Performance Architecture: Partner with Business Ops to track OKRs, facilitate quarterly reviews, and manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Retention Initiatives: Design and run engagement surveys, recognition programs (Employee of the Quarter), and team-bonding activities.
  • Organizational Development: Maintain career path frameworks and up-to-date organizational charts by department.
  • Offboarding Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and provide monthly "Sentiment Reports" to the P&C Lead

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Organizational Development (OD) and Employee Engagement.

  • Experience with performance management tools and OKR frameworks.
  • Familiar With the Business Tools is must ( Jira , Metabase , HubSpot , Google Admin )
