About the job People Experience & OD Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Cultural Onboarding: Deliver a 3-stage onboarding experience (Day 1,
Week 1, and Day 30) ensuring every new joiner feels the Aumet spirit. - Performance Architecture: Partner with Business Ops to track OKRs, facilitate quarterly reviews, and manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Retention Initiatives: Design and run engagement surveys, recognition programs (Employee of the Quarter), and team-bonding activities.
- Organizational Development: Maintain career path frameworks and up-to-date organizational charts by department.
- Offboarding Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and provide monthly "Sentiment Reports" to the P&C Lead
Requirements:
- Strong background in Organizational Development (OD) and Employee Engagement. +1
- Analytical mindset—ability to turn survey data into actionable culture projects
- Experience with performance management tools and OKR frameworks.
- Familiar With the Business Tools is must ( Jira , Metabase , HubSpot , Google Admin )
