Job Description: Aumet is a rapidly growing medical technology company based in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and target potential customers, and to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and identify potential customers in the medical technology industry - Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other forms of communication - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team - Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns - Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads - Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and sales activities - Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the sales team - Continuously learn about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical technology industry - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools - Willingness to travel for business purposes - Fluent in English and Arabic We offer a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
