Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at Aumet, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client base and forging strategic partnerships across the MENA region. This role combines strategic thinking, client engagement, and market analysis to generate new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard potential distributors, manufacturers, and healthcare institutions to Aumets marketplace.

  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for untapped regions or segments.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through excellent account management and follow-up.

  • Present Aumets value proposition in a compelling way to prospects via meetings, demos, or proposals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

  • Monitor regional trends and competitors to refine outreach and positioning.

  • Track sales metrics and performance KPIs using Aumets CRM tools.

  • Represent Aumet at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

  • 35 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in healthcare, tech, or marketplaces.

  • Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem in MENA (distribution networks, regulatory environment, etc.).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation, growth, and solving real-world problems.

  • Proficient in CRM platforms and digital communication tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Arabic and English fluency.

  • Prior experience in startups or high-growth tech companies.

  • Existing network within the healthcare supply chain (pharmacies, suppliers, hospitals).
