Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting Expertise and Lead Generation: Identifies and cultivates key partnerships and opportunities to engage potential franchisees and effectively articulate Aumet's value proposition during cold calls.
  • Presentation Excellence: Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits and opportunities inherent in our franchise business model tailored to address specific needs.
  • Demo Creation and Delivery: Develop engaging and and informative product demonstrations that showcase the distinctive features and compelling advantages of Aumet's franchise model.
  • Deal Closing Mastery: Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure franchise deals and meet sales targets and sustain relationships with potential franchise partners, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Strategic Oversight: Monitor the health of franchise accounts and proactively address concerns or issues. Negotiate franchise agreements and contracts with international partners and provide insights and recommendations to optimize the performance of our franchise solutions.
  • Rapid Learning: Swiftly comprehend and stay updated with industry trends, Aumet's product portfolio, and the ever-changing dynamics of the pharmaceutical market.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in business development, specifically within the franchise model domain.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and effective deal closure.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a history of delivering compelling demos.
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Rapid learner with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting business development targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field with a proven background in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Remote work applies for applicant in the MENA region outside of Jordan.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
