Aumet is seeking an Operations Team Lead to oversee and manage the operations of the Customer Success and Sales Support teams. The role of the Operations Team Lead is to ensure the achievement of company goals by directing and coordinating team efforts and ensuring the quality of service provided to customers and support for sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the performance of the Customer Success and Sales Support teams.
  2. Guide and develop operations staff through providing necessary guidance and training.
  3. Ensure compliance with procedures and policies set forth by the company.
  4. Analyze data and prepare appropriate reports on the performance of operations teams.
  5. Implement strategies to improve operations efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure effective coordination of operations.
  7. Interact with customers to understand their needs and guide teams to better meet these needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum of two years of experience in supervising operations teams.
  2. Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
  3. Ability to handle and analyze performance data.
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills with other teams.
  5. Good knowledge of customer relationship management tools and operations management systems.
  6. Commitment to achieving results and excellence in customer service.
