Key Responsibilities:

 - Ensure adherence to company standards, compliance, and quality guidelines.
 - Coordinate cross-functional activities with other departments to achieve business goals.
 - Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
 - Proven experience in operations management or team leadership.
 - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
 - Experience in ERP implementation and healthcare workflows is a plus.
