Job Responsibilities
- Operate manual and CNC machines including lathe, VTL, and milling machines to manufacture precision components.

Assist in sheet metal fabrication work when required by production needs.

Follow technical manuals, engineering drawings, and work instructions to perform machining operations accurately.

Carry out Productive Maintenance to ensure machines are functioning properly.

Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.

Prepare and set up jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, and machine accessories prior to machining activities.

Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process efficiency, and product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment around machines and work areas. -
Comply with all workplace safety rules and operational procedures during daily tasks.

Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors when required.
Requirements

3–5 years of machining experience in industries such as Precision Engineering, Metal Manufacturing, or Aerospace.

Hands-on experience operating CNC machines and manual machines.
-
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Able to use standard precision measuring instruments.
