Business Development Manager (Asia Pacific)

Salary: S$8000 –S$10.000

Reports to: Regional Director

Role Overview

Drive business growth by developing new opportunities across markets and regions, while expanding existing key accounts in collaboration with Senior Account Manager(s).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (new markets, customers, and regions)
  • Grow and manage existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry/competitor trends
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and manage inventory planning
  • Expand into target industries (e.g. Industrial, Aerospace, Construction)

Key Requirements

  • At least 6 years of related experience in the Oil & Gas or Metal Precision /Aerospace industries.
  • Familiar with the Asia Pacific market.
  • Good understanding of operations and inventory management
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
