CNC TURN-MILL MACHINIST

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Turn-Mill machines to manufacture precision components.
• Program and operate machines using Mazak Mazatrol Controller.
• Perform turning, milling, drilling, threading and other machining operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, machining specifications and tolerances.
• Set cutting tools, workpieces and appropriate machining parameters.
• Conduct dimensional inspection using micrometers, vernier calipers and other precision measuring instruments.
• Ensure machined components meet required quality and dimensional standards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, tool changes and housekeeping.
• Follow production schedules, safety procedures and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Mazak Mazatrol Controller
• Minimum 3 years of CNC Turn-Mill machining experience
• Strong hands-on experience in both turning and milling operations.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and machining tolerances.
• Familiar with CNC machine setup, tooling and cutting parameters.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments.
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
• Aerospace industry experience will also be considered.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
