Job Responsibilities:

• Operate conventional milling and turning machines to produce precision metal components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications for machining tasks.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain machining equipment according to job requirements.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair jigs, fixtures, tools, dies, cutters, and other custom parts.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to solve machining challenges.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards in the workshop.
• Support automation, special cutter manufacturing, and general engineering projects as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating conventional milling and turning machines.
• Understanding of precision machining, jig & fixture, and tool & die fabrication.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement instruments.
• Experience in metal fabrication and cutting tool repair is a plus.
• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and support a variety of engineering tasks.
