QA Inspector [MNC, Aerospace industry, 5 day work, East Singapore]

A global aerospace manufacturing organization is looking for a QA Inspector to support quality management systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Working Hours: 44 hours/week, 5 days

Location: East, Singapore



Core Responsibilities

• Operate CMM to inspect engine components.
• Perform incoming, layout, first piece, in-process, and final inspections of repaired engine parts.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections on components with tight tolerances.
• Interpret engine manuals, illustrated parts manuals, blueprints, and technical data during inspection.
• Ensure all inspections comply with applicable manuals, technical data, and quality standards.
• Complete inspection documentation according to company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training other inspectors when required.
• Follow all company safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Precision Engineering / Aerospace Machining / Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Proficient with measuring tools such as verniers, indicators, OD/ID micrometers, CMM.
• Able to understand GD&T and interpret technical drawings.
