Logistics Coordinator (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,500

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and certificates of origin.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, shipping agents, and internal departments.
• Track shipment status and update delivery schedules.
• Support logistics reporting, freight cost monitoring, and record maintenance.
• Assist with Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and shipping-related administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of shipping, import/export procedures, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) documentation will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
