Technical Support Engineer
Location: Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,200

Job Summary
Provide technical support to sales teams and customers by offering accurate product information, troubleshooting issues, and conducting application testing. Deliver on-site support, post-sales training, and assist in documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer/sales inquiries on product specs & applications

  • Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or on-site

  • Perform product testing, setup, and fine-tuning

  • Conduct post-sales training & update manuals

  • Support sales with technical explanations or presentations

  • Identify improvement areas for better efficiency

  • Follow company policies and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

  • Good active listening & task prioritization

  • Able to explain complex concepts simply

  • Knowledge of logic control, Excel, and communication protocols (Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP)

  • Familiar with HMI programming

Good to Have

  • Experience with sensors, actuators, stepper/servo motors

  • SQL/MySQL knowledge

  • Programming (C#, Java, Python)

  • PLC knowledge (Keyence/Omron/Beckhoff)
