Technical Support Engineer
Location: Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,200
Job Summary
Provide technical support to sales teams and customers by offering accurate product information, troubleshooting issues, and conducting application testing. Deliver on-site support, post-sales training, and assist in documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer/sales inquiries on product specs & applications

Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or on-site

Perform product testing, setup, and fine-tuning

Conduct post-sales training & update manuals
-
Support sales with technical explanations or presentations

Identify improvement areas for better efficiency

Follow company policies and perform other assigned duties
Requirements
-
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
-
Good active listening & task prioritization
-
Able to explain complex concepts simply
-
Knowledge of logic control, Excel, and communication protocols (Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP)

Familiar with HMI programming
Good to Have

Experience with sensors, actuators, stepper/servo motors

SQL/MySQL knowledge
-
Programming (C#, Java, Python)

PLC knowledge (Keyence/Omron/Beckhoff)
