Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules, aligning with capacity and customer demands.
• Oversee inventory management, material planning, and just-in-time scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including Production, Master Planner, and Sales, to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workflow.
• Review and update planning data in VM systems, ensuring accuracy in BOM, material master data, routing, and work centers.
• Monitor MRP, ensuring timely material procurement to meet production requirements.
• Conduct weekly planning meetings and provide reports on sales orders, capacity loading, and work order execution.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, quality standards, and 5S practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing or operation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
