Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Location: Central Area 
Basic Salary: S$4000 - S$6000, plus commission, transport allowance
Industry: Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances 
Reports To: Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to lead and manage our business-to-business sales activities. The ideal candidate will represent the company in building strong partnerships with key distributors such as Best Denki, Courts, Harvey Norman, and other retail channels. This role also includes sales strategy development, account management, team coordination, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners (e.g., Best Denki, Courts, etc.).

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the B2B channel.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiations, to closing deals.

  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

  • Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff or sales coordinators as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics, appliances

  • Strong network or experience working with large retailers and distributors in Singapore.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Own a vehicle and/or Class 3 driving license.
