Customer Support Officer (Local prefer)

CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER (1-YEAR CONTRACT)

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Basic Salary: SGD 3,600 – $4,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests, and escalations professionally.
• Proactively update customers and management on order status, shipment risks, and solutions.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong ties with customers, internal stakeholders, and management.
• Maintain precise operational records and ensure adherence to company, quality, and regulatory standards. 

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Min. 3 years in customer service (Machinery, Equipment, or Technical Service industry preferred).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).
• Willingness to support urgent customer needs after office hours when required.
