Job Responsibilities:

• Review basic technical drawings and job orders
• Prepare and issue job sheets, route cards, and work instructions
• Input and update data in ERP system
• Coordinate with production team for job processing and delivery
• Ensure documents are accurate and complete before release to shopfloor
• Assist in tracking job progress and reporting status

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of technical drawings is an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing / machining environment preferred
• Able to use MS Office and ERP system
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Good communication and teamwork skills
