Manufacturing Engineer

Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: East
Working Days: Mon – Fri
Salary: $3000 – $5000

Job Scope:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for sheet metal forming, stamping and other production activities
• Design tooling, die-sets, fixtures, gauges, and related equipment
• Create and update work instructions based on engineering drawings and specifications
• Support NPI, technical costing, RFQ, pilot runs, and production training
• Provide technical support to production to meet quality and process requirements
• Liaise with customers/OEM on product requirements, process qualification, and technical development
• Support continuous improvement and other engineering projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Aeronautical / Material Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in precision engineering, aerospace, or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM, milling, and turning
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiar with tooling / fixture design and special processes like heat treatment, brazing, EDM, shot peening, and welding
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
