• Proficient in both Spanish and English. We are a UK-based company, therefore, many meetings will be conducted in English
• Previous customer service experience

• Who are we looking for In the role of Ops & Support Associate, youll be working closely with our customers and accountants in order to provide the best support and guide them through the process of filing their taxes. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and join an early-stage start-up.

⭐Sueldo y condiciones

• Salary range 20-25K/year based on experience
