- 1. Duties and Responsibilities
1) Manages the student admission process for both domestic and international students, including application review, evaluation, and decision-making.
2) Develops admission criteria and policies and regulations that ensure fair and equitable treatment of all applicants, in compliance with relevant regulations and university standards.
3) Manages the enrolment and registration process for all students, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from application to registration.
4) Coordinates course scheduling, classroom assignments, and academic advising services to support student enrolment needs and academic progress.
5) Provides guidance and support to students and their families regarding financial aid options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
6) Serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students regarding admission, enrolment, and registration inquiries.
7) Implements initiatives to enhance student engagement and support retention efforts, such as orientation programs, academic advising, and student success workshops.
8) Collects, analyses, and interprets data related to student admission, enrolment, and registration trends, using insights to inform decision making and enrolment management strategies.
9) Prepares regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
