$25–$27/hour (Contract-to-Hire)
Upon direct hire: Medical + Dental benefits and up to 20 days PTO/year
Job Summary
Were hiring a hands-on Production/Assembler Technician to support refurbishing, rework, and final assembly of commercial equipment. This role focuses on disassembling incoming machines, completing basic software setup, rebuilding components, and performing final assembly (faucets/hoses). Youll perform functional checks to ensure each unit is working properly before it is released.
This is a long-term opportunity with a stable first-shift schedule and strong benefits upon conversion.
Responsibilities

Refurbish and repair machines returning from the field (rework/repairs)

Disassemble equipment and replace/repair components as needed

Perform basic software setup/configuration on machines

Complete final assembly (faucets, hoses, fittings, etc.)

Conduct quality checks and functional testing to confirm equipment operates properly

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions

Work independently for significant portions of the day while maintaining productivity and quality standards
Qualifications

Experience in assembly, production, refurbishment, repair, or rework

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Ability to interpret blueprints/diagrams (basic–intermediate)

Strong attention to detail and quality

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Electro-mechanical assembly experience

QA/testing experience (inspection, functional checks)

Basic computer skills for software setup/config
