Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients.
  • Assist with administrative duties and support office operations.
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed to various team members.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not required.
