We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Autris Healthcare Family. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping clients regain their mobility and independence, enhancing their overall quality of life. . This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical function and overall well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a home healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedics, discharge/patient planning, care plans, and patient care best practices.
• Experience in helping patients improve mobility, strength, and function through therapeutic exercises.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused nature with a passion for restoring independence to clients.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to educate clients and their families on exercise techniques and long-term wellness strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and treatment documentation.
• A positive and flexible attitude with a strong work ethic.
