Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients.
- Assist with administrative duties and support office operations.
- Provide personal assistant support as needed to various team members.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not required.
