organized and motivated Marketing Lead to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing all aspects of the organizations marketing and sales, including overseeing the

members of the marketing/sales team, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and

referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, and guiding the team to ensure marketing

objectives align with business goals. You will also serve as the main point of contact between the

advertising team and other departments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Directs all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the

establishment and implementation of marketing/sales initiatives.

2. Ensuring compliance with laws on anti-kickback, marketing practices, and patient

solicitation. As the primary decision-maker, they guide strategic marketing initiatives

and ensure alignment with business goals. They also maintain ethical standards and

encourage innovation within the team.

3. Oversee the progress of the advertising team in relation to SEO, Google Ads, and Meta

Ads.

4. Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in establishing organization volume

projections in the monthly/annual budget and in establishing allocations for the

marketing department. Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary

limitations.

5. Continuously conducts market assessments to ensure that paid advertising budgets are

properly allocated to target the right audience, meet KPIs and metrics to optimize ads,

bids, and audience targeting.

6. Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume

projections. Analyze performance data from SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content

efforts.

7. Track and evaluate the advertising team's performance in ads, SEO, and paid campaigns,

adjusting strategies as necessary. Prepare quarterly reports to evaluate the success of paid

advertising campaigns.

8. Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Autris

Healthcare as a high-quality provider of services.

9. Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for

additional or improved services to address customer needs. creation of a monthly content

calendar ensuring consistency across platforms and campaigns.

10. Lead market research efforts to gather insights into competitors' advertising strategies

and customer preferences.

11. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares

information with appropriate organization personnel.

12. Oversee community engagement activities and potential partnerships to boost marketing

efforts.

13. Monitors and reports cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide direction to the

team on outreach strategies that can complement SEO and paid ad efforts.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters

degree preferred.

2. At least three (3) years experiences in health care marketing management, preferably in

home care operations. At least one year experience in sales preferred.

3. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.

4. Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.

5. Knowledge of corporate business management.

6. Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.

7. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in

performing job responsibilities.
