About the job Branch Manager - Staffing Industry - Ft Lauderdale
Duties:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch
• Hire, manage, train and coach your team of branch staff.
• Hunter / sales guru who loves to cold-call, provide solutions, & find new clients/grow existing accounts
• Can manage a budget and P&L, and negotiate pay and bill rates
• Self-motivated go-getter: displays relentless competitiveness in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
• Technologically inclined: proficiently uses Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience in management/supervisory role in the staffing industry (Light Industrial)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team in a challenging and fast paced environment.
• Honest and ethical
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays as required.
