IT Recruiting Sourcer

We are looking for a motivated and capable sourcer to join our team team. Your responsibilities will include; locating the ideal passive candidates for positions at our clients, reaching out to these candidates, and providing recommendations to senior IT recruiters. You must be capable of using social media and professional networks. You must also be able to confidently determine if potential candidates match the technical and cultural requirements of each role.

You will:

• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates via social media and professional networks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
• Review resumes, conduct introductory interviews, and pass potential candidates on the assigned recruiter
• Maintain both relationships with potential candidates for specific positions and pipelined candidates and the recruiting team.
• Help develop talent pipelines and related lists

You will have:

• Exposure to IT related jobs
• Basic knowledge of Boolean strings and other searching techniques
• Strong relationship-building and management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with a CMS- content management system (preferred)
• Strong sense of accountability and ability to self-manage
• Passion for meeting and exceeding goals
• A sense of humor!
• Recruiting experience (preferred)
• Bachelors degree

Pay: TBD depending on experience
