IT/Technical Staffing BDM - REMOTE ROLE

Job Description

The IT/Technical Staffing Salesperson will be responsible for end-to-end client sales and existing account management. The successful candidate will not only hunt for new business but will build relationships (and additional revenue) through established clients.

Responsibilities

Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as calling, face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking, social media etc.

Grow existing clients and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities

Required Skills

Competitive and driven to surpass goals

Self-starter that does not need/want to be micro-managed

Strong skills in influencing decision makers

Persistence and follow up

Good verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT Staffing Sales preferred

Prior experience selling a technical intangible service

Employees receive a competitive salary & benefits package including:

Base salary $70,000 - $80,000 D.O.E.
