Landscape Plan Renderer & Plant Layout Designer (2D Presentation Plan)

Job Overview

We are looking for a freelancer who can convert our landscape blueprint into a colored presentation plan and also propose proper placement of plants within the landscape layout.

This is not a 3D rendering job. We need a 2D colored landscape presentation plan suitable for brochures and project presentations.

You  must help recommend where plants should be positioned, not just render the plan.

Scope of Work

• Convert landscape blueprint into a colored presentation plan
• Propose suitable placement of plants based on provided plant list
• Ensure plant layout looks natural and balanced
• Add textures for grass, pavement, and planting areas
• Provide perspective views (front view and fence/gate view)
• Add labels and plant legend if needed
• Deliver presentation-ready outputs

Deliverables

• Colored top-view landscape plan
• Front landscape perspective view
• Fence/gate landscape view
• Plant legend/layout
• High-resolution JPG & PDF
• Editable source file (PSD preferred)

Required Skills

• Photoshop or landscape rendering skills
• Basic knowledge of landscape design or plant layout
• Ability to suggest practical plant placement
• Experience in architectural or landscape presentation
