Are you a proactive and people-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare administration? We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our small yet rapidly growing team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical practice while maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both our staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Lead and inspire a talented team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
- Coordinate staff schedules and development to optimize efficiency and staff satisfaction.
- Manage patient flow and scheduling to minimize wait times and enhance patient experience.
- Collaborate with physicians and head of operation manager to implement strategic initiatives and improve practice performance.
- Monitor financial aspects of the practice, including billing, and collections to maintain financial health.
- Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in healthcare management or administration is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle the complexities of medical practice management.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and experience working with insurance providers is a definite plus.
- A customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide the best patient care possible.
- More than 1 year of experience in team handling remotely. Team Leader or supervisory level is welcome to apply

Package Offer:
- Full time / 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week
- Time zone: US - Eastern Standard Time
- Rate: $5 per hour after training and increase of rate after 6 months
- Weekends Off
- Weekly payout
- HMO after 6 months
