As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical practice while maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both our staff and patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Lead and inspire a talented team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and development to optimize efficiency and staff satisfaction.
  • Manage patient flow and scheduling to minimize wait times and enhance patient experience.
  • Collaborate with physicians and head of operation manager to implement strategic initiatives and improve practice performance.
  • Monitor financial aspects of the practice, including billing, and collections to maintain financial health.
  • Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in healthcare management or administration is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle the complexities of medical practice management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and experience working with insurance providers is a definite plus.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide the best patient care possible.
  • More than 1 year of experience in team handling remotely. Team Leader or supervisory level is welcome to apply

Package Offer:

  • Full time / 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week
  • Time zone: US - Eastern Standard Time
  • Rate: $5 per hour after training and increase of rate after 6 months
  • Weekends Off
