About Our Customer
A full-service logistics provider dedicated to offering innovative supply chain solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients in South Carolina and beyond. With a focus on reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, our customer specializes in transportation, warehousing, and distribution services that help businesses optimize their operations. They are currently seeking general warehouse labor positions for their distribution center.
Hourly Rate: $14.00
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
What You'll Do
- Prepare to assemble wooden crates, skid cabs, and palettes based on blueprints.
- Position boards, plywood, and sub-assemblies using templates or by measuring and marking them.
- Measure and fasten pre-cut wood and plywood to complete projects.
- Assemble skids and pallets from pre-cut lumber.
- Assist saw operators by stacking cut boards and plywood to specific sizes.
- Maintain a daily supply and inventory of essential items.
- Keep the work area clean and free of parts and debris.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and plant manager.
What You Need to Qualify
- Ability to read a measuring tape and some blueprints.
- Understand and follow work instructions in English.
- Able to operate a nail gun, screwdrivers, hammer, and other hand and air tools.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Frequently standing and walking throughout the workday.
- Frequently bending, crouching, stretching, and reaching.
- Frequently communicating with others to exchange information.
- Frequently reading safety signs, product labels, and other workplace information.
- Frequently repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Frequently assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Occasionally moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces.
- Occasionally operating machinery and/or power tools.
- Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50lbs.
