Senior Technical Lead / Associate Architect - Java

Responsibilities:

• Uses technological, design pattern, and standard knowledge to the development of software products or client solutions.
• Serves the developer community with architectural designs and technical guidance.
• Assesses and recommends changes for tools, technologies, and processes to assure the best quality product platform.
• Collaborates with colleagues, peers, and customers to develop effective technological solutions
• Ascertain that the solutions provided adhere to the technical and business requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, including key development and architectural work/solution design, with a minimum of 01 year in a similar position or in a lead role.
• Experience in Spring Boot and Spring framework
• Experience in Azure and Containerized development
• Experience in Enterprise systems
• To coordinate with the front-end team, having some experience of React is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
