Now Hiring: HVAC Service Technician | $25–$40/Hour Based on Experience

We're growing fast and looking for a high-performing HVAC Service Technician with 5–10+ years of real-world field experience — someone who can diagnose, repair, and lead from the front on both Residential and Light Commercial work.

What you'll be working on:

Gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers & package units

Mini-splits & commercial rooftop units (RTUs)

Advanced troubleshooting — electrical, refrigeration, airflow & controls

Preventative maintenance, repairs & system replacements

Direct communication with homeowners & commercial clients

What you need to bring:

5–10+ years HVAC Service Experience (Required)

EPA 608 Certification (Required)

NATE Certification (Preferred)

Valid driver's license with clean MVR

Strong communication & customer service skills

Professional appearance & serious work ethic
