Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat

Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Manage daily interactions in a professional and empathetic manner

Accurately log all interactions in the system and escalate complex cases when necessary
Requirements

Fluency in German (C2/native level)

Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

High school diploma or above

Previous experience in customer service, retail, travel, or hospitality is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
