Description:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, providing support and solutions for a variety of inquiries. Your role will focus on delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Document customer interactions in the system and follow up on cases when needed
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered
- Maintain knowledge of the companys products, services, and promotions
- Meet or exceed service targets and performance metrics
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Problem-solving ability and the ability to think on your feet
- Patience and the ability to handle difficult or upset customers with professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
