Description:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, providing support and solutions for a variety of inquiries. Your role will focus on delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Document customer interactions in the system and follow up on cases when needed
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered
  • Maintain knowledge of the companys products, services, and promotions
  • Meet or exceed service targets and performance metrics

  • Patience and the ability to handle difficult or upset customers with professionalism

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
