Job Overview

  • Role: Customer Service Agent

  • Languages: Croatian (C2/native) & English (B2 minimum)

  • Contract: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Manage daily interactions in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Accurately log all interactions in the system and escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (C2/native level)

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

  • High school diploma or above

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, travel, or hospitality is a plus

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
