Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management: Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored Google Ads solutions that drive results. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring their advertising strategies are optimized.
- Campaign Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies using Google Ads products, from search to display, to video campaigns, and more.
- Client Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and expert advice to ensure long-term success.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients on how to improve ROI and reach their marketing goals.
- Product Promotion & Upselling: Proactively promote Google Ads products and services to clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and reporting regularly on progress to ensure clients' expectations are met.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or digital marketing, with a solid understanding of Google Ads or other PPC platforms.
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Sales & Marketing Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to build relationships, consult with clients, and drive results. Experience in account management and understanding of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients in a clear, concise manner.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive, results-oriented individual who is comfortable analyzing data and providing solutions to clients marketing challenges.
