Note: This role is open exclusively to candidates with EU citizenship or a Portuguese passport due to visa and work permit requirements.

What Youll Do:

• Provide excellent support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide technical assistance, ensuring efficient and empathetic solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve more complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.

• Stay informed about product updates and company services to provide the most current information.

• Offer valuable feedback to continuously improve support processes and service quality.

Benefits & Allowances:

• Meal allowance: 7.23 per day.

• Transport allowance: 20 per month.

• Health insurance: Available from day 1 (requires a small monthly contribution), free after 6 months of contract.

• Position bonus for Braga: 20 per year (12-month period).

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required we provide full training.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Problem-solving ability and a positive, patient approach to assisting customers.

• EU citizenship or Portuguese passport is required for this position (due to visa/work permit regulations).
